Online price if items purchased was $99. Store would not honor online price. Order online for in store pickup was not available. I was charged $120 in store for items that were $99 online. Store would not honor online price of the items, and they refused to honor the price of the current deal/special. (2 rings, clip, and charm for $99.)

The manager Janice or Janet, was very unprofessional as she disrespected me as a paying customer. She basically spoke to me as if I were a child and was demanding me not to look at other places for the charms I wanted to purchase. I had every intention of purchasing 7 charms for my mother and her disrespect killed that as I was embarrassed by her actions and walked out the store with only one item purchased in which i have decided to return today. I am older than this young lady and I think she could have approached me and asked me instead of talking very loud as if I was at fault for wanting to look at the many options you had to offer and I WANTED TO PURCHASE! I have been in retail as a manager for over 20 years and I would NEVER speak to a paying customer that way. Rachel who was my salesperson was very apologetic but it was not her place to apologize for HER MANAGERS actions. I love my Pandora charms and bracelets but I will NEVER purchase from there again. I am going to get my refund today and it's upsetting that I could not gift my mother with her very own charms from her grandchildren for Christmas due to this.
