I understand the store just open but I wish more store staff as the queue is long and no chair to wait while my foot is hurting after long standing and the staff who is handling customer is only one. I see one staff is inside their booth cleaning one customer jewelry so only one is available to take order. There’s sign only 4 person came inside but there’s customer in front of me carry whole pack of his family of 6. The rest is 2 or 3 still inside. The social distances is not implemented and was not fair to make other people That read the announcement waited outside while the pack of family who doesn’t care let in to shop and sightseeing the merchandise. If we wait outside shouldn’t be all wait? And have chair

I looked for a clip chime for my bracelet but the choices were limited. I eventually purchased the globe and a random design. I also purchased the suitcase on wheels since i'm a traveller. The attendants were very friendly congrats on a job well done.

Every Associate had on nails and neither one of them couldn’t help me put on the bracelet I bought .

I was looking for specific charms for my wife. They either were discontinued, out of stock, or didn't exist. It could be a good idea for Pandora designers and statisticians to work with stores to satisfy the clients.

Employee gave dirty product,I asked to clean-by using just cloth. Sale lead put my product in the machine to clean it, which is made scratches on my purchase. They don’t have no knowledge about care of sterling silver items and all product on display was dark.

A gift was bought for me for Christmas. Boyfriend threw away receipt and no info was in system because system were down Black Friday. I had trouble exchanging a scratched bracelet today never worn. I can't return or get warranty if something happens in a year which sucks! Cameras can prove he purchased bracelet on that date. I'm screwed if something happens.

I was buying my daughter a ring. I wanted to get me something too. But if you at the counter you can not look around. There were not a lot of people so i would have been able to see in the other counters. I guess the manger was making a big deal because i was looking at other stuff because she was rude. The sales associate was not rude. People came in and was told they can only look at stuff on the wall. I understand if the place is packed but that was crazy. I like pandora so i will go to Baton Rouge next time or order online.
