i went to pick up an order my husband placed for me and they would not let me pick it up My husband had to call corporate and I am now ally to pick it up so I will have to drive to the mall again today or tomorrow so they don’t send it back

The clasp on bracelet broke. It was still under warranty and was replaced. I was willing to pay the difference because I wanted a different bracelet but was told I had to get the same bracelet. The manager said this particular bracelet she has seen a few others wth the same problem which is why I was willing to pay for something better and more sturdy. I had to ask the lady who did the exchange to clean my charms that were clearly no longer shiny before placing them on the new bracelet. She didn't even bother to do any sort of real cleaning she just used a rag and wiped them. I am disappointed that my husband spent money on this bracelet and within 4 months it broke and the only option I had was to get the same bracelet. So basically I guess I have to sit and hope this one doesn't break!

Purchased a bracelet in store in March. I purchased online charms in April. The bracelet was not returnable after 30days. I selected and returned charms. The bracelet was altered by staff and fell off of my wrist same day

As a first time Pandora shopper, I expected more customer service knowledge related to my shopping experience. When selecting charms, I had to ask if there were more options than what was being offered. Then when the final purchase price was disclosed it was higher than quoted. Because I have been wanting a Pandora bracelet for a long time, I went ahead a paid the price given by the representative.
