They are always so nice & helpful at the store. Showing me everything I like to see! It’s always a great trip to the pandora store.

I went in to look at items and I had to walk out because of an important call, so I told the rep Aidyl I would be back. I went back to the store but Aidyl was working with another customer, I again told her I would be back. I did return and Aidyl had my merchandise waiting to show me. I still hadn’t decided to buy anything so I thanked her and left the store. Both Aidyl and the other associate was still very very nice. I then felt like I had the best customer service I turned around and entered the store again, being greeted with a smile I told Aidyl I had to buy something for her unwavering service so she helped me pick and arrange 3 charms for my bracelet . Perfect service absolutely!

The service was fast. The associate was very known and did not rush me in anyway. She made plenty of suggestions to meet my needs.

Walking into the Pandora store made me feel like a kid in a candy store. There was a variety of things to choose from and i was so excited to get more charms to fill my bangle. I called the store because I was traveling an hour to get the charms and I wanted to make sure they had what was shown online. I was so pleased when I got there I purchased 3 more than I originally wanted to purchase. I will be going back within the next few weeks to get more.
