I feel like if a customer should be able to get the merchandise they bought there to get clean whenever possible not just the days the can only do it

Employees were not helpful and did not understand simple questions that were being asked. Several of them were standing around on their phones. I asked for their selection on murano beads and spacers and the employee pulled a tray with only 1 row of murano beads and I had to ask her again for the tray with spacers which again only had 1 row. I then asked if they had anymore Disney charms besides the new Marvel collection and she completely ignored me and I had to ask again and she pointed to the tray that had the new Marvel collection and I again asked do you have anymore Disney charms besides the new Marvel collection? She then proceeded to finally pull another tray with some more Disney charms. There was no interest in helping us as customers and her doing her job. They wanted us out of the store as quickly as possible so they could return to talking amongst themselves. I decided to just purchase 1 murano bread and leave the store since we were not wanted. We went in the store for my husband to buy me some charms, etc for my birthday and that store was not acceptable at all for customer service. Very disappointed.

I want to thank Stephanie, who took the time to called to inform me about the sale going on March 13-15. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed during this visit. I felt I was belittled by one of the staff , who did not acknowledged my thoughts and opinion about my purchase but forced me to just sign the transactions on my card. Instead of giving me the chance to change my final selections, just told me to sign and return/exchange the item later. I forgot to take her name,Pretty sure the near staff ((199830) know who I’m referring g to. Her rudeness is not necessary. I’m not a big spender but i shop at Pandora before even she got employed in this outlet. I am a buyer, not a thief whatsoever to be ‘eyed on’. I appreciate if you, the manager will address this concern. More power to the store...

Three weeks ago I purchased clips. They did not include the rubber stopper piece so they would not work with my bracelet. I was given the correct pieces, but when trying to adjust them it was found that my bracelet was broken. Salesperson told me it was a problem with the first generation of those bracelets, but offered no solution except to purchase a new bracelet. This was a rotten solution in my opinion. That’s two visits to this store that resulted in my experience being less than positive.

When I walked in to the store, there were three associates conversating behind the island jewelry counter, and they made an “annoyed” face expression when they saw me walking in. One of them asked what they could do for me and I informed them that I was looking for “gold earrings” and she told me they don’t have any and I told her “really?! You don’t have ANY?” And she went on to tell me “well maybe we do but only have one pair and they’re kind of expensive”. The earrings she showed me were over $100 and were too big for my 4 year old daughter so, I asked if there was anything at all smaller and she said no and then I saw another pair of earrings that were perfect for what I was looking for, they were gold and not too big or flashy. I wish she would’ve actually looked and have been informed in the products that are carried rather then blatantly assume and get proved wrong.

Ses associate was not friendly, return was confusing, and she told me I would never be allowed to buy those items again. When I said my daughter could purchase she said no because we're together.

Purchased a ring in July 2021within 2 months a stone fell out. Took it back on october 2nd 2021 and they replaced it with another identical ring but by october 4th a stone fell out. I have to pay to have it fixed yet it should have a one year warranty. Why? It's not acceptable.

Questioned a promotion the store was having after the purchase and if we could possibly arrange something to get the promotion and the answer was a no immediately without looking into if something could be worked out.
