I went to have my bracelet and charms cleaned but was told they can only clean Monday to Thursday. That makes it impossible for me since I don’t live in Lubbock and have to work. There should be a different option for people who can’t make it there Monday to Thursday.

My husband purchased a bracelet for me as a Christmas gift. It was too small, but he gave me the gift receipt so I could exchange it for the correct size. When I went to the store to exchange it, I was told my size was not available. The sales representative said it should arrive by the second week of January. She took my info in their call book. By mid-month I hadn't heard from anyone. I went to the store just to check on the status. The bracelet was in, but the sales rep who attended me gave me a hard time about the exchange even though I had the gift receipt, bracelet, and original packaging. She couldn't find my account information (I don't know why she needed it in this case) even though I've purchased multiple items at that same store in the past. She finally asked a manager about it, in which the manager told her she could do the exchange with the gift receipt. So my problems were first, that I wasn't called when my item came in, and second, because I feel I was treated like I was trying to pull a fast one on my exchange when it was just a size exchange for the same item.

Staff was great, very friendly and kind. The store was clean and they didn’t allow so many ppl inside, which was awesome. The issue was the availability of stuff. Especially the Disney/Marvel a lot of Oos items. We weren’t able to view the charms that we went into the store to look for. But still ended up purchasing other items

Pandora does not offer a variety of rings for sizes 10 up. I would love to buy multiple rings to stack and style but the largest size pandora offers is 10.5 which runs small and a very limited styles in size 10.5 high dissatisfied with the inclusion for ‘plus size fingers’ women. On the other hand the store has very nice associates who feel sympathetic with my dissatisfaction in the size of rings offered and do let me try on what they have available in 10.5. I also saw a charm in store I wanted and when I came back for it the charm was no longer available which was really disappointing to me. The sales associate didn’t remember the charm I was talking about so I think that’s why she didn’t offer to order it for me. I did ask her why my charm I did have got so dirty so fast and she offered to clean it for me but I just bought a cleaning set to clean it myself because it gets that dirty so often.

Selection was kind if limited which kept me from buying more. I feel that it catered alot to kids in a way. As a grown women I would like a more modern selection that I see online.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed at this location. The staff was quick to get and help. I made a selection in less than 20 minutes! Thank you!

I went to this location and it was during a holiday. There was a line but it was fast going and the service was great. They were very busy but I still got quality service but above all great smiles kindness.
