The jewelry in the store is great quality and the associates are always helpful. The jewelry is always organized and easy to look through their inventory. Their checkout process is quick and easy with their handheld touchscreens.

Associates were friendly and helped me get whY I needed in a timely manner.

This was my first time visiting and purchasing. All sales associates were very sweet and very inviting to my husband and I. Our sales person was very professional and took her time and patience with all questions I had. She made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I definitely will be coming back to purchase more items!!

The sales associates were very nice and knowledgeable. She accommodated me by putting the brand of charms I was looking at all in one location so I didn't have to go back and forth looking at them. She was also very patient while I decided on which charms I wanted to purchase. I don't like feeling rushed so that was definitely a big plus for me!

Always liked Pandora. My husband purchased a bracelet and two charms in June as an early Birthday Gift. Got another charm end of June just because. Hoping for another charm for my birthday in July jejeje.

The sales associates were very friendly and one recognized me from a previous visit! The staff were wearing masks, which was reassuring due to the rise in local cases. My daughter and I left the store very pleased with the entire encounter!

The lady that helped me in Lubbock Texas at South Plains Mall was wonderful. She was extremely patient, sweet, and made me laugh. Will definitely be going back. I wish i could remember her name. She was wearing a Hijab & was beautiful

The manager of the store was very helpful and was extremely nice, I appreciated all that Kayleigh did for me during my visit. Everyone was very kind.
