We went into the store to buy a Harry Potter bead for our daughter as a birthday gift. We were greeted and taken to the display case immediately upon entering, and within minutes had the bead on the bracelet and had paid.

Friendly service, and the staff actually had knowledge about the product. Even shared their personal information/experiences about the bracelets. Explained that new products come out all the time and a way to make the jewelry pop!
