Unsatisfied Shopper

Well I was told I could only exchange the ring that was given to me for Mother's Day for the same ring. I got it from my kids and my daughter brought one for herself. Her ring is missing 6 stones and mine is 6-8 stones. It is obvious that the ring is flawed. So why can't it be exchanged for something else?

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m trying to shop for my mother and her occasion and the service was horrible. Sharena F. Was not friendly at all she over talked me while I was asking questions and her personable skills where trash. She wasn’t my friendly at all she carried herself as if I was a bother to her and that what ever I asked her was something I’m supposed to know. She handled the product with no care and tossed all the trays as if all she there to do is collect a check. Her customer service can definitely use a restart. Just a horrible service and my mother is a FREQUENT buyer of Pandora. Good thing I’m not after the service received from Sharena F. I’d say the F would be her grade in her customer service skills !

I was getting my bracelets cleaned and I felt like I was talked down to I do know I don't take care of my jewelry the way I need to I was embarrassed the way I was talked to I'm 37 I've lost partial vision so I can't see very well to take my bracket off when I need to my husband is in the army and gone alot I will never visit that store again I will go to the one on Montebello Ave they are further but way nicer

I placed an order at 10:30am by 7pm my order had not been picked. After standing in line for an hour 2 of my charms were sold out and inventory wouldn't replenish for a week. Mother's day is today and mom is coming from NC. I had to sub very ugly left over charms just so my mom would have something today. It changed my price so I didn't get my bonus bracelet. After ordering my birthday bracelet from them a few weeks prior and instead of snake Bangle i paid for, i received a regular one and was told I couldn't swap it in store. I just feel cheated and disappointed. My mom loves Pandora and wasn't originally coming down. I bought charms i hate just so she would have something for today. Why say on email 6-8 hrs for pickup when the staff informed me they don't have to pick for 24 hours! So even though technically i put my order in first, instead of picking my order, they allowed ppl to walk in store and buy the things i had already paid for online. By far the worst experience I have had shopping between being given a bracelet that wasn't the one i paid for to now this botched Mother's day. An expensive disappointment.

Me and my boyfriend went into pandora at Patrick Henry mall for my valentines day gift. We were politely greeted at the door where we had to wit in line. I was very excited to get in and see if they had the ring I had been looking for but once we were in and waiting for our sales associate to greet us it went downhill. The sales associate Kayla B. was a terrible representative for pandora. Her mood was off and she obviously did not want to be there. She was very dry in conversation with us and made us feel like she did not want to assist us. My boyfriend and I both have made multiple purchases at pandora and I believe it is not right for our experience to be treated like that especially on valentines day weekend. When she gave me my bag after she wrapped it up she was very rude and annoyed with it. I was very displeased with her attitude and the way she treated us.

I had purchased the bracelet online and to have it pick up in the store no one knew nothing about it the store couldn’t help neither could customer service if they are not participating with online pick up the store should be removed from the website I had the worst time trying to get an answer and getting my money back ! My moms birthday was ruined

I was very satisfied with my experience very knowledgeable very clean and knew what they were talking about I would definitely return back to the store
