Upon entering the store a sales associate greeted me and asked that I out my name on the sign up sheet. The first sheet was full so I started on the second sheet. After I signed other customers came in and put their names at the bottom of the first sheet which caused the associates to call them first. I addressed this once I realized what was happening, at this point j had already waited 30 plus minutes for assistance. I explained to the the associate that I was before the person she was about to call, she spoke with a manager that told her she would take the customer she was about to call and the associate would take me. I was VERY unsatisfied with this because their were people that came in after I did that also spoke up that they were out of turn and being taken anyway. At that point my whole shopping experience was unsettling. I completed my transaction and left. Their needs to be a new system or something different in place as far as a sign in sheet when the store is busy.

I bought 6 sets and a 3 bracelet. Some of the jelwerly is not clean and they did not clean it. And the sales lady always drop the jewelry sge dont even change what she’s dropped!

Purchase the item February 13th I am not satisfied with the item due to the discoloration took it to Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News Virginia on April 20th to exchange it was rude and did not allow me to exchange this item I do not want the item because of the discolored please refund me my money or some sort of voucher that I can exchange this item

I'm satisfied with the bracelet I purchased but the customer service was not great. I purchased this bracelet as a gift and upon picking it up I knew it would be too small for the recipient. I went back to exchange it and the associate acted as if I was a bother to assist. She complained about not knowing what size the bracelet was when she could have just asked because I knew. It seemed like she just did not want to have to do an exchange. There was another woman who was friendly. They talked me into thinking the bracelet would fit, it did not. When my mom went to exchange it, the same girl also acted bothered to have to assist an online pick up order.

The salesperson seemed distracted by the music that was playing and not trying to provide good service to me. I asked to re clean my jewelry and she told me that she saw the other lady do it. The other lady handed me the jewelry on a tissue that was damp. I would have bought more, but she really seemed distracted by something.

I know the store was busy but I was rushed when trying to find items. I also inquired about an item thatwas online but it was in the location that I went to. The sales person told me they didn’t have it. She didn’t even attempt to look at all just rude. Her name was sharena. I will not be purchasing from her again.

The young lady that was helping me, did not seem interested and quite bothered by me asking to see different items. I went in to exchange a bracelet and wanted to buy more charms and possibly a ring but declined and just exchanged by bracelet and bought a stopper as she made me feel uncomfortable to ask to see more items. She rang me out, and did not thank me or say goodbye, she was busy talking to her associate about their personal lives. I took my receipt and left. Chances of me returning are slim, which is too bad as I own a lot of Pandora jewelry and do love your products.

My rose gold is fading. Was told I had a year warranty. Told yesterday it was wear and tear and not covered in warranty.
