I was only allowed to see the rings the associate handed to me, she wouldn’t show me my options. I finally decided I was ready to check out and instead of doing the wrapping and putting my ring in a box she just handed it to me, printed my receipt, and sent me on my way. I tried to ask if I could have the ring box but she was too busy chatting away with her associates.

The staff at the store seemed like in rush,everything I asked about my purchase she answered properly but also kept saying “anything else,anything else”? Like she was in rush for I pay and leave. So she made me feel uncomfortable enough that I didn’t want to look for anything else to buy.

The associate never explained about the purchase or about the promo that’s happening on the store,they should explained to the customer about the promo on how it works.If just in case they should apologized to the customer instead having a high nose by not apologizing on the incident.
