The waiting time before assistance was too long. A bit too crowded during this crisis time. Lack of dedication to customer due to over crowned store.

Clarity for sign in wasn’t as clear as it could be. Signing in didn’t tell you where in queue you were as names were crossed out all over not seemingly in sequential order. But, associates seemed to keep order with it easily enough. Maneuvering around the store was a bit confusing. Was I supposed to stand in one spot until called, or was I free to browse around until called? Arrows were on the floor to indicate direction of travel but people crowding areas did not make for easy navigating in and out of store. The associate Jessica, however was extremely pleasant to work with and ever so patient with me as my inquiries had her going in and out of multiple cases and charm trays. She was a delight to work with and represents your company exceptionally well.

There was nothing really exceptional about my visit to Pandora. The sales associate was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Check out was a little hiccup, but was fine.

Someone from the store called and told me about the upcoming sale, then scheduled an appointment for me. When I arrived for my appointment, my name was not listed and I had clue who I was speaking with earlier in the week

I am not highly satisfied because I asked the associate about spacers for my bracelet and additional charms. I said it several times and the associate handled me as if I did not know what I was looking and proceed to show me clamps as if they were spacers. I had also should her the ones that were already on my current bracelet. If the store did not currently have spacers I should have been told and given instructions on how I could purchase them. It leaves a poor taste and comes across as an attempt to up sale and take advantage of the customer.

I was looking for a specific item also there was a promotion going on which is the first time I go into the store and they didn’t offer a substitute for it since they didn’t have more of it not happy about it

The size of ring I needed was not in stock so they had to Place a special order. I was told it would be 5 to 7 days for it to come in. I called after 12 days and they explained that the store it was coming from has been looted during the riots and it was taking longer than expected. Overall it took about 6 weeks. It wasn’t something I needed right away so waiting wasn’t a big deal. I just would have appreciated them calling me to let me know there was a delay.
