Customer service was great and so was the attentive of the associate. Very friendly staff!

I had viewed charms online before going into the store and I knew exactly what charms I wanted. I am visiting this city and I checked at both this store and the outlet and neither store had all the charms I wanted.

I love pandora and was happy they had what I wanted. I love the way the package my purchase it makes me feel special. On my way to leave the store a different associate let me know they we’re having a sale the following weekend. So I will be back on the 17th!!!

The sales associate was very friendly I loved that there was Harry Potter and star wars charms The prices were very reasonable

I went the day before Valentine’s Day and the line was extremely long. Overall the experience was pretty decent. I can’t really say the experience was bad because I got what I needed but I will better plan my trip next time.

During the Valentine’s Day event the store I visited ran out of their promotional bracelets that were being offered.

At first the associate was not helpful with charm selections. The selections were not what I was looking for. The associate was talkative to other associates during purchase.

I came to just look at the bracelet thn I had to make a decision by the weekend was I was going to purchase so while I was waiting on my girlfriend to come to the mall I decided to go back and purchase and she even bought one too then we found out the we bought the last two in the store right before they was about to close

Carie was friendly patient and very knowledgeable. Was approved a credit card by her and just truly enjoyed my visit. Thank you Carie!!

They could not replace my bracelet but she did refer me to customer service with phone number.
