Pandora Jewelry

I originally went into the store to ask about my broken charm. Erika, the sales associate who helped me was very helpful in helping me to replace the broken charm. She also helped me pick out a few other charms that complemented my Disney bracelet. My experience is always pleasurable when visiting the Pandora store at the Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Virginia.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the employees who helped me and my friend choose out items. They also helped with sizing for a ring my friend is planning to get. Finally, The sale that they were doing really helped out me and not going over budget.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Pandora! The welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in the store i was greeted and assisted. Though I prepaid and ordered online my gift was wrapped in front of me and all I had to do was deliver to my girlfriend.

Merchandise choices ok. Out of stock on ME charms. Wish more inventory and choices were available.

Selection of sale items. Store hours are hard for working individuals. Quality of Pandora has been lacking in last few years.

Customer service is great.

I knew what I wanted, didn't really need any help. I felt there was no need to rate as highly satisfied.

Wasn’t offered the opportunity to apply for a pandora card.

Jessi was friendly and was able to show me products that suited my needs. She did try to over sale me by showing me options more than I wanted to spend. Highly satisfied customer that wasn’t wearing her Pandora bracelet often.
