It was my first time visiting the pandora store and the customer service was awesome the sales lady was really helpful and helped me to pick out a bracelet.

When I came in I was immediately greeted at the door and asked if I needed help. The associate knew about the merchandise I showed her a picture and she was able to locate the exact merchandise I was there to buy. Checkout was a breeze without any trouble and I asked if I chose the wrong size and she kindly stated to me yes just make sure it is put back into the box.

Ericka was a wealth of knowledge while patient as we decided which charm to purchase. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

The associated knew exactly what i wanted. She suggested other items that sold me. i always go to this location to purchase charms.

Love the product.. hoping you come out with small colored beads, about the size if the spacers for the pandora me bracelet.

I was in the store buying a birthday gift for my girlfriend (promise ring) and the origins ring I wanted they didn’t have in her size so I was shown a alternative still beautiful option, which she loved .

Jessica was very knowledgeable..she informed with information about my purchase that no one ever shared. She also cleaned the three bracelets that I had. Very pleasant Associate.
