It's Black Friday! The store is extremely crowded! I did not realize there was a sign in at the front of the store. I made my way around the crowd and went directly to the counter and stood for twenty, thirty minutes before realizing I messed up!! Latasha was so very nice. I came for two charms and she worked me in and even put the charms on my bracelet. I offered to just grab and get out of the way but she insisted on following through with great customer service. Thanks!!!

Nice worker and nice store

The sales associate was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. She was very helpful in locating a beautiful necklace for my mom for Christmas as well as something for my daughter.
