Erika Elwood is always amazing when I go into the store. I had to return my Woody charm for the second time within a few months. She ensured me that if my Woody charm breaks again I can return it and get something. I love to visit my Pandora location in the Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Virginia.

Jess the manager was outstandingly great I came in what's a gift purchase and to exchange and she went above and beyond the call of duty to exchange it and actually make me happy in the result of solving my problem I'm very grateful for her she needs a rai

I was looking for some Christmas charms. Unfortunately, I went into this location the day after a huge sale and there wasn't much to look at. However, I did purchase several Christmas charms; however, again there weren't many. I also purchased a 2020 charm and necklace for my granddaughter who will graduate from college in May. It's beautiful.

Erika was great she was very knowledgeable to my needs and gave great suggestions. I honestly will come back to shop with her. Keep her around!
