We came in to purchase a gift card for my daughters birthday and the associate asked questions as to what she liked, what she currently had and then proceeded to show us the newest items as she remembered us saying that she liked rose gold. The display that she showed us was already put together so we purchased it. We were very pleased.

She was a lot of help and she was very nice. I walk out of there feeling like I spin a 100$ but I really spin 250$ and my girlfriend was very happy with what she got

Went in just to window shop since I had no clue that Pandora sold rings. Taneisha was very nice as she assisted me by looking up prices of the rings I browsed. Awesome customer service! I have a feeling i'll be going back to get the matching bracelet and necklace for my ring.

Very clean, they had little buckets of solution to put the product in when we were done so they can be sanitized.

Kayla assisted me during this visit at Patrick Henry mall in Newport News va. She was excellent to work with she was knowledgeable and creative she made my bracelet look amazing i will definitely be back.

I really like the atmosphere of the Pandora store. It's lively and the displays are beautiful.
