When I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner. My sales person was very polite and eager to assist me with putting my charms on my bracelet. She informed me that the outlet would have the older charms I were looking for.

She took my hand and guided me through the Pandora experience, it was a wonderful, fun, she allowed me to choose what I love, I felted like a kid at Christmas.
