When I arrived an associate greeted me immediately and was super friendly. She proceeded to ask me if I needed any help. I was helped within 5 minutes after the associate asked for my name and what I needed help with.

Julia provided awesome customer service. It was my first time buying a Pandora bracelet and I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed at all. She explained each item clearly and I left satisfied !
