Whenever I go to pandora, the Customer service is outstanding. Always willing to help and provide excellent service. Majority of the time, they have what I need. It's only around the holidays or special events that you find yourself at any wait. Which is understandable. Honestly, I give the customer service representatives much appreciation for their patience. The customers can be very undecisive, such as I.

First, the store was very clean and very bright. The wait time was under 5 minutes for a sales rep and we were greeted when we walked into the store. The sales rep also gave us pointers on how to keep our charms and bracelets in top ship condition. She also gave my daughter (whose 14) tips on how ways to wear her bracelet.

No diversity in your charms I wanted to purchase something that signified my culture Latin-American a lot of hearts Disney etc no diversity

I will likely return the sales person Latasha was very help to me and very friendly. She had a smile on her face the whole time that is what made me fell so welcome there. And the other worker was the same I will tell my friends about that Pandora. Thanks

I was automatically acknowledged when I entered the store. Amber was very friendly and polite. I didn't encounter any problems.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in store. I thought I had a broken necklace to exchange but the associate was extremely kind at showing me necklace wasn’t broken and how to use. Since she was amazing I was excited to purchase a ring and help her with her daily sales goal.

Carie was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations based on that. She made the exchange process easy and smooth.

Sales associate(Amber), was very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, polite, practice customer safety, wasn't pushy and helped build a bracelet for my wife's birthday. She informed me of current promotions and discounts, I'll be back for valentines day.

Sales person knowledge, made me welcome, helpful. Store was well lit an inviting. All associates were masked and pleasant as well. A delight to shop there.
