The Manager went out her way to ask me the meaning of my charms, re-arranged my charms and placed the clip on slavers for me.

This was a wonderful experience. My daughter brought me in to get my first bracelet. The associate Jess was very polite and even though she was there to do office work she didn't hesitate to help us. Jess help me by asking about me and things I like too help me create my bracelet. Picking charms that would represent me. Very courteous and a great listener. After this experience I'm sure I will be back
