The representative was very knowledgeable about the products and asked certain questions to make sure our purchase was memorable.. this was my first time getting a Pandora bracelet and she made it worth it

I came to the store due to my bracelet being broke. Latasha looked up my Info and was able to switch out my bracelet for a new. Bc of her great customer service I purchased a charm and a ring.
