Nieces birthday gift

Although I have two pandora items, this was my first time in the store. Latasha B at store no.189322 was amazing! She was knowledgable about product and advised me well on the merchandise I currently have as well as the best purchase for me while there. Excellent customer service

The sales lady, Tameisha was so nice and friendly. I was getting something for my mother and she made the process really easy. I only wear earrings so going into the shop was very overwhelming. I will definitely go back to the Patrick Henry Mall location.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Latasha. We talked as she pulled out charms for me to view. She sanitized the charms prior to letting me look at them. We talked about the availability charms that I had seen in one of the advertisement books. She provided me with suggestions and other options. Again, Latasha was very knowledgeable.
