This is my favorite Pandora store! The store is always bright, clean and welcoming! The ladies are always friendly & Tasha is my favorite associate & always remembers me & that means a lot to me! I will be back to this amazing store soon!

All of the sales associates were exceptionally pleasant to work with. Julia assisted me the most with the return I had, as well as presented me with other options. She convinced me, given the large selection available, I wanted to get another charm for my wife, for another holiday. She was truly passionate about her own collection as well as the selection available within her store. Tasha also assisted me, and once she looked at the Cinderella Carriage I was returning from the other location just an hour before, due to it's tarnished condition, she advised she would not have allowed that to have been sold at all. Kayla was also very pleasant and assisted in ensuring the charms were well packaged and presentable. The other associate, I did not get her name unfortunately however she was also very helpful with aiding Julia with information pertaining to other charms that may be available, not currently in their displays. All four associates were an extreme delight to work with. Working retail myself, I understand the nuances of finicky computers or having to correct another associate's errors (from the other store). These fine ladies handled everything gracefully and professionally!!!

Jessica was an excellent sales associate. This was my first visit to the Pandora store and she carefully explained things to me. I was purchasing a gift for my daughter's birthday. I found everything I needed and then some. I will definitely return to the store for future purchases.
