I went on looking for a bracelet for my niece for her graduation gift. Latasha was so friendly and knowledgeable on all the items. She was amazing and i will definitely be back soon for more. I didn't catch the name of the other lady working but she was also really sweet.

The sales people was very friendly and I got severe fast didn’t have to wait but maybe a few minutes. The options was many and I loved them all.

I had visited the Williamsburg Outlets store to purchase a Chewbacca charm. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, when it was our turn, we were told they didn’t carry it there. Not finding out until after we waited was very frustrating. From Williamsburg we went to Newport News. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait to be helped but it only took about 20 minutes. The associate was very friendly and helpful, and the store had what I wanted. The counter checkout stopped working, but she moved us for the main checkout and still got us out quickly. In spite of the large crowd, she kept a smile on her face and spent time with us, not rushing us at all, but also not dragging it out. Overall a great experience.

Erika was a great help this was my first time inside Pandora and she made the experience unforgettable!!!

Considering it was Mother's Day weekend the service was prompt and courteous.

There were only two associates in the store. It was incredibly busy. There was a list just to be helped. With Mother's Day a few days away, there should have been more employees, but the employees who were available were doing the best they could. They took care their time with each customer to ensure satisfcation.

Good customer service. The knowledge the associate knew. The friendliness of the staff.

The clerk was available as soon as I walked in. I showed her the bracelet I wanted and she knew exactly where to find it. She was very pleasant and friendly.

Please open the store at the Collesium mall in Hampton VA as the store at Patrick Henry mall is too busy and you need to sign in an wait. (Like the Apple Store) The trays of charms are stacked so you can’t pre select your charm. Better showcase needed.

My Reason of being Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience is, how welcoming all sales associate greeted me. Once I was seen I ask about the Mothers DAT charms. Every charm that I seen was so lovely and the price was reasonable. Thank You Pandora for the wonderful experience.
