I was very pleased with the service I received from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. The clerks, even though they were busy, acknowledged me when I came through the door letting me know they would be with me momentarily. Jessica was my clerk and she took a lot of time with me because I am new to Pandora. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew all of my options as well as taking care of my bracelet and charms. She was just wonderful!

It was my sons birthday and the store manager offered him chocolate cake. The store manager handled our entire purchase and was very informative on all the products we wanted to inquire about. Everyone was super friendly we felt like we had been going to the store our entire life!!!

I went in the store to purchase an infinity ring. My salesperson, Jessica S, 188029 was very helpful with her knowledge about the ring and other merchandise I purchased that day. I visit this store often and have always been pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the store.

The associates were very helpful and nice. They even showed their bracelet and we chatted about the design and new stuff. I will be going back very soon for myself this time.
