Jessi was my sales associate and she was super kind and professional. I always come to this store specifically because of the service. They help me make my ideas come to life. The entire staff greeted me when i came into the store. Jessi shared some items that were to come and promised to let me know when they were available for purchase. I only shop in Patrick Henry with her team, best service ever!! I live in Maryland ,but it's worth it because I feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Jessica is the manager there or Jesse she’s very knowledgeable very friendly very approachable all of the girls and there are just lovely I love VIP customer she tried to find something for me today which is the day after my purchase yesterday and she’s going to continue to look because she knows I’m such a valued customer and I have really love that store so only store I’ll will not go to the one in Williamsburg because they are crazy Rude at that store didn’t want to help

I was able to obtain pieces from the Disney collection I had wanted to purchase. Associate was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting pieces. Associate put new pieces on my bangle so I wouldn't have to do it when I got home. Great service!
