The Sales person was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She asked the correct questions to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted. She took the time to show me several options and did not rush the sale. In these days, it's often that good customer service is hard to find. Ms. Kayla B. deserves a reward for being so accommodating. If I am in this area again, I would definitely visit this location again if I'm in need of more items for my bracelet or even to purchase other Pandora products.

My sales associate was highly knowledgable of all the different pieces and new releases. I mentioned I loved the Disney charms and she was able to tell me all about them along with the park exclusive pieces.
