They had a coupon on line. The oil change cost considerably more then the coupon stated. They also tried to sell me new tires. I checked my tire wear using the thread wear bars and they were still good.

Had an 11:00am appoinment for oil change. Was in and out in about 1/2 hour. Great experience. My truck has been serviced by the dealer since it was new. This is the first time my truck has been serviced by anyone other than the dealer. To my suprise the price of the oil change was considerably higher than I have ever paid at the GMC dealer.

Techs took the time to not only check the one problem tire but went on to check all tires and make sure my car was safe to drive.

I just want to thank Israel and Octavious for their wonderful customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this tire kingdom #6970 . I was in a very bad mood, frustrated , and exhausted after my tire blew. But , when I came in and after talk to those to they were able to calm me down and help me expeditiously. If I could rate them out of 1-5 stars I’ll say it was 100. Thank you

Customer service was very good!!

The service was very quick and they checked out my headlight for me even though it was not something I scheduled. My appointment was originally scheduled at 17:00 but I got a call around 10:30 asking if I could come in sooner as they had availability’s that morning. I was able to get in at 12:30…had lunch across the street and was back and the car was waiting for me by 14:00.

The servicing of my vehicle took less time than estimated meaning I was done faster !
