Mr. Brooks took care of me in a very professional manner and was spot on with the amount of time the work would take to complete. I had both brake replacement and new tires performed.

went for oil change and waited 2 hours and there was only one other car in the bays, also the waiting room was realy cold for the wait but the person that took care of me was nice

Went in day before and they did not have enough staff to change my oil. I asked if I could schedule for next morning and he wasn't sure if he would have enough personnel again. Went back next day and called beofre I went and was told to come in sometime between 2:30 & 3 p.m. I had a coupon and was told I could not use conventional oil so had to pay 2x more, and this included tire rotation. When finished my service tire light was on and needed air, so frustrated I filled it up myself. Not even sure they rotated the tires. Ridiculous.

The wait time for the oil change was 90 minutes . When I got my car back the service due light was not reset when they said they just reset it then the screen said to reduce the amount of oil in the car . Now I have to go back tomorrow so they can fix the problem they created

The "manage" was on a personal call the whole time i was there, with his child in the office. I went in for a tire repair and was told I needed a battery and alignment and tried to up sell the visit. Was told the tire rod was bad, but was not told how it was bad, They could not patch the tire and (Big Shock) the tire had a "V" slice in it and could not be repaired. Even more disturbing is they didn't have a replacement tire in stock. They could not put the original tire back on, so I left driving on my spare. Went elsewhere and got a new tire. National TIRE and battery don't have the tire but will surely sell me a battery I don't need. I have worked on cars since I was 12 years old and this was the biggest pack of lies I ever heard. Their free diagnostic service is a scam and a joke. The guy who worked on my truck didn't even know how to open the hood until i showed him. I should have left then. I was charged $16.99 for their services. I wasted over an hour of my day for nothing. They had my truck in the service bay for 15 minutes conducting their "free checkup" before they even looked at the tire I needed repaired. Never Again!

When I arrived for my first installation appointment tires were not at location and had to reschedule and return the following day. Upon return on 10/31/2019 took the NTB store almost 4 hours to install 4 tires on my 2018 Dodge Ram 2500. After receiving truck back with new tires installed, noticed that the technician had damaged two of my 20 inch rims. One rim had paint damage that completely removed paint were the tech used an air gun and spun the paint off the rim with the air gun . Second rim was damaged when they installed tire on the tire mounting machine and again scratched and remove paint from rim and surrounding outer edge. when I spoke to the the sales Associate Omar Andre Brooks he told me it was an Honest Mistake and I should take it back to my Dodge dealership for repairs. We are talking about $900.00 dollar 20 inch rims with platinum paint for a special edition truck.

they over inflated my tire to 48 PSI iy should be 34 PSI not a good start for my first visit and last visit
