The staff at dreams were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the experience of buying a bed really fun and easy. We came in the store with a vague idea of what we wanted having never bought a mattress before and quite a tight time frame to find one in, the staff were able to help us find a bed that was perfect for us and could arrive in the perfect time frame. Great mattress at an incredible price. The staff provided really helpful information about the mattress and the extended warranty, which was perfect for us. Amazing staff, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. So excited for our mattress to arrive!

The store was quiet when we went in, but the member of staff was quick to ask if we needed help and very helpful with their knowledge and suggestions.

Staff members James and Giorgia could not do enough to make sure I got the right mattress and the best deal.

We visited 3 times before we purchased our mattress. Each time Giorgia patently attended to our needs. She confidently answered all of our questions.

Visited the Worcester Branch. From the time walked into the shop, choosing a bed, mattress and headboard Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were offered drinks too, other members of staff there were friendly too.

Staff very welcoming and listened to needs. Allowed us to try out different mattress on our own once advice given. Put a pillow under our head to allow us to get the feel of the perfect mattress. Colleague shown us the sleep match machine to allow us to pick the right one

Adam was very knowledgeable and understood what we wanted and showed us exactly what we needed. He was available at all times whilst we were there but also let us walk around and look at the beds/mattresses ourselves
