Relaxing ambience, hygienic, knowledgeable RMT, timely, focused on troubled areas but also took time for full body massage as requested.

The staff are always extremely friendly, the place is very clean and relaxing. Emily, the RMT, is excellent. She provides excellent massages, always remembers my preferences and is great in accommodating my requests.

This was my first visit for any massage therapy service. There were no negative experiences. I felt relaxed after the session. The ambiance was nice. The RMT periodically checked if I was experiencing any pain from the massage or hot towel which is good considering everyone have different pain threshold.

The wait time for my therapist was very minimal. Therapist was knowledgeable for the questions I asked.

The communication during my session about the pressure was great and the RMT did an amazing job on my specific area of pain. It was relaxing and enjoyable experience. THANK YOU!

The atmosphere and ambiance is calm, peaceful and relaxing. My MT was experienced, respectful and knew what my needs were. She also checked in with me during the massage.

Needs were met. Lighting of massage room was good. Heated table is always welcomed. Target spots requested were well concentrated on.

I used to be able to add another 10 mins massage to make it 60 mins at the Leaside and Lawrence location for an additional $15 but it was not available here. It would be nice to have that option again.
