Overall service and experience was expectational. The receptionist was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. Overall a very pleasant visit.

The place is well maintained and clean. It’s relaxing hearing the spa music they play during the massage session. My therapist was really good. She knew my tensed muscles. I loved the scalp massage with peppermint which I added on top of the body massage.

First time at Hand & Stone and the experience was amazing. It has a very relaxing vibe from the moment you step I'm the doors. The reception staff are super friendly and my RMT really listened to what I needed. She did an amazing job focusing on the areas that needed attention and applied just the right amount of pressure. She was great and would definitely go back again. I came out truly feeling a lot more relaxed.

My partner and I have been going to Lily (RMT) at the Markham location , she is our favourite RMT. Knowledgeable, strong and skilled! All staff at this location are excellent.

I am a regular Hand and Stone customer - Markham North. Whenever I go there, Miguel at reception is always pleasant and cheerful. I switch up RMT's depending on availability. Lily is an outstanding RMT! She treated all of my problem areas and I love when she applies the hot towels. I feel better in less than 24 hrs. See you next time!

The appointment online system is too complicated

I was taken for my massage right on time. Sanie was friendly & professional. She took the time to be sure of what I needed. During the massage she checked with me on pressure and how I was feeling. Atmosphere was very relaxing.

Always able to get appointments. Website is user friendly. Excellent massages.
