Very friendly and knowledgeable. In fact I have been looking for a new mechanism to mount my anti-squirrel feeder on my poles.In casual conversation with the owner I mentioned this. And she said, "Do you mean one of these?" It was exactly what I needed and had been searching for for over a year. The only thing wrong with this store is I want to spend too much money there! Love to shop there.

I had no knowledge regarding birds and - wanted to install some in my yard. Told the staff what I was looking for they walk me through the process of what to feed and how to set up. They explained what I would need and Some extra items that would make my bird feeding area a little nicer and I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. Entire experience was very positive and I am thoroughly enjoying my purchase I will definitely be back in.
