It was a simple purchase and so did not warrant a highly satisfied. I go there often.

Learned so much from saleswoman...converted me to being a bird aficionado.

Prices too high on some products. Even with club discount

Great variety of products, well made, very clean store, friendly staff. Outrageously expensive! Would love to support the store but went and bought the seed we needed from Tractor Supply.

I had a discount coupon I had received in the mail. I didn't notice that it had expired the day before I came in. They wouldn't honor the coupon - blamed it on corporate policy - despite my membership in the regular buyers group and years of patronage.

The peanut-butter with pepper has not been touched. The suet with pepper ( to keeps squirrels away) was knocked down and attacked by squirrels but no bird has come near it. Both products are a huge disappointment.

I am very satisfied with the store and have always had a great experience during my visits at the store. The staff is excellent and always available to give help due to their experience. Everything in the store is excellent quality.
