Prices are really high. The quality of the product is great, but yikes, it’s expensive

Should have received a bag of seed complementary according to the email I received but it was never mentioned.

Because we've owned WBU merchandise (bird feeders) for many years, I felt more knowledgeable than the staff. That's ok. It just took a little longer to figure out our needs.

Some items we were looking for were out of stock

Store variety was great, but nothing extra ordinary about sales help.

I wish they carried more local art..I do love the bird carvings done by a local carver. I think they sell too much foodstuffs and expensive feeders..etc. But was really happy to see more 'stuff' on this visit.....

Prices are on the high side, but the quality is very good, and I like to work with a local store. I’m grateful for the member discount and the bird bucks, but quite honestly, the price is still steep

I wish they had a description of what type of birds Will eat the specific bird seed mixtures online. In the store, they have a very informative sign on each bird food mixture.
