Extra attention given for product questions and a friendly but not a pushy salesperson . First rate sales person which I really appreciate and am very pleased I found your store. Thank you!

I find the post card specials too complicated Did I get the deal do I need to bring in the postcard? You have all the information I only shop here so make it simple just show me how to feed my bird well and at an economical way

The feeder options are limited. I wish there was a catalogue curated by you to order from.

Pricing is getting close to prohibitive. I understand the market situation, and the quality of your product is excellent, but it’s getting close to where I will not be able to spend the money any more. I usually wait for a special discount, and that helps, but it’s just bird food, and it may be necessary for me to find a less expensive source at some point.

New computer system cannot access bird bucks generated before computer system switch. I hope I can find paper bird buck coupon....I'd hate to lose that $10

Prices are just getting close to being unworkable for me. The quality is great, and I understand the impact of inflation, but bird food isn’t on the list of indispensable items for me, and I may have to find a cheaper source

The pepper infused seed worked perfectly preventing sqirreks. Unfortunately the birds don't like it either. Am I doing something wrong?
