We have always been satisfied with the merchandise at WBU. Although the quality is excellent we have found the merchandise to be a bit pricey. Otherwise, we would easily buy one of each item in the store. We LOVE our birds.

I enjoy stopping at this store, Jessica is great - she keeps me updated on things that are going on with nature walks and talks. Great store! I also enjoy the garden outside.

Owner's expertise in all matters related to an interest in birds. The store is beautiful and fully stocked. The staff are very good at making recommendations and suggesting new products.

Do you owner is very knowledgeable birds and feeding along with all the products that are sold in the store. The assistance is given without pressure and allows the customer to make personal decisions for the purchase
