The product that I purchased (seed cylinders) has been successful: birds like it, it lasts about one-two weeks, & there is no mess. Ordering was easy. I did purchase the first cylinder and feeder in the store, and the staff person was helpful. I learned about the product initially from a demonstration at the Deep River Garden Club.
