I was greeted as I walked in the door and in spite of necessary restrictions due to Covid 19 everyone was helpful and pleasant. Thank you!

I know nothing about feeding wild birds. The young lady with the red hair waited on me I felt like she knew what she was tss as liking about and didn’t try to over sell me. I appreciated her honesty.

I live out of state but wanted to send my mother a Christmas gift so I chose the old Saybrook store. My mother loves the store. I browsed the website, which is set up nicely, and has a wonderful selection of unique and essential items for the bird lover. The website is easy to use and place orders. My mother received her gift quickly and was extremely pleased with the packaging and delivery. I plan on visiting the store myself the next time I can visit. In the mean time I think there are more gifts for my mom from Wild Birds Unlimited in the future.

i love shopping there. The owner knows me by name, and asks about my dog. She is knowledgeable about local birds and their bird habits so when I am having marauders at me feeders she recommends food they don't care for. This saves me $ I always recommend this store on the CT Birds facebook page. Hopefully it has moved some business aways from the big box stores.

I found the store on Facebook and have a som and daughter-in-law who love nature, wildlife and birds. Thought that a Christmas gift for them should bring them in if they haven’t already and I will certainly be back
