It was our first time visiting the store....it was wonderful! We were looking for window decals to stop birds from crashing into our slider and they had a great selection. We also love the no mess/waste seed mix and the bark butter is genius!! Definitely will return!

I was able to engage in an informative discussion on the reduction in the size of suet cakes. The owner researched the subject and weighed each suet cake to ascertain if the the product shrunk. Senior company management should take responsibility for assuring customer conference in their products for sale. The size of the suet packaging remained unchanged, the product’s dimensions shrunk and the store owner claimed the weight remained the same. Nevertheless, my confidence in the suet product iS shaken.

Always a pleasure to stop into this lovely store (like a kid in a candy shop!). Wonderful to see and talk with Brittany; and the other young woman who was working there -- both were beyond helpful and friendly. Thanks so much. Be well!

The employees were fantastic and very helpful. I went in to just look around at what they had and I left with a new feeder and some suet. Can’t wait to watch the birds!

I went in looking to purchase a squirrel baffle for my bird feeder. The first assciate was helpful showing me options. As I was debating between two option the owner came over and offered additional helpful info. As she retrieved my choice form the back I found a baffle for a bird house that I hadn't intended to buy that day but was happy to come across. The soft bird chirping background was delightful as I shopped, the free "new customer" gift bag was an unexpected fun surprise, and of course, the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely be back and recommend to others. PS My backyard birds thank you, now they can get to their food without their squirrel "friends" gobbling it all up lol!
