Did not have what I originally wanted in the store but made contact with the "builder" of the product and will be able to get it for me. Was able to fulfill my gift needs with other great products in the store.

Product was hand delivered from the store within 12 hours (along with a free bonus bag of bird food). The product (bird feeder) seems very well made, though expensive. Had a problem with mounting it on my existing feeder pole. Went into the store, discussed the problem, and bought an accessory mounting flange that allowed me to mount the feeder securely. I was very pleased with the rapid delivery and finding a solution to the mounting problem.
