The salesperson, Anna, at the Old Saybrook store was delightful, knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. She allowed me to wander, even though I had unknowingly entered the store just before closing time. She was a pleasure to talk with, clearly knew so much about birding, and feeding certain populations of birds ...it was a great shopping experience and I will return to the store. Hopefully Anna will be working!
