The staff was friendly and very informative and knowledgeable of birds and what they eat etc. also very professional and I’ll definitely recommend them and continue to shop!!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. After a few minutes of looking around I was offered & accepted assistance. The staff were knowledgeable & courteous. The checkout was efficient & I was given a lovely "new customer" gift which blew me away. Excellent experience.

I needed a new Hummingbird feeder and was directed to the size I wanted and was informed of the ant trap (very cool). More satisfying was the white sightings board. I noticed a Hummer sighting and the staff member shared with me the Hummer migration map. When I got home I put up the feeder, which is earlier than I had anticipated. No birds the first full day, but hummers ever since.

This is a very attractive store, with the merchandise beautifully arranged and the exterior having lovely plantings, bushes, and carefully-chosen decorations. The quality of the bird food is the highest I have ever found, and, as a result, we have very healthy-looking and beautiful birds! I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, who are all knowledgeable, and carefully answer any questions I have. When I have been uncertain about the type or size of a product, such as a bird feeder or brushes, they have bought the selection of items outside for me to view for curbside pickup. I have highly recommended this store to several people.
