This is a GREAT store! We appreciate the friendliness and expertise of the owners and staff, the quality and extensiveness of the merchandise, and the attractiveness of the store. This includes the Halloween display consisting of a huge yellow chrysanthemum plant next to a big orange pumpkin, expertly arranged and extremely attractive, just outside the front door! It is such a pleasure to shop here. The high quality of the birdseed and suet makes bird-feeding a very satisfying activity, as reflected by the appearance and health of the birds benefitting by the superior food available in our yard!

WBU in Old Saybrook, CT delivers to my 94yrold Mom usually the day after I place my order. I usually order on line because I live out of state but on the few occasions I have been in the store the personnel are friendly and helpful. I shop at three different WBU stores in three different states and my experiences with all of them have always been wonderful. I love their products almost as much as the birds do!

I work (for 20 years) for a very small family owned business. I understand how important it is to connect with customers in a friendly and meaningful way ( weather a purchase is or is not made ) I appreciate your knowledge of not only what you sell, but concerning wildlife. I also appreciate that I am not being followed around the store. I am greeted and left to make decisions and ask questions as needed.
