For all of the previously answered questions. One important point is that the owners always ensure their staff is highly trained and knowledgeable in the products for sale. They also are conversant in avian habits, feeding and housing preferences, and practices in attracting different breeds.

My shopping experience was fun, and they even created a small basket of goodies so i could put the gift certificate in it..

The previously purchased finch feeder was destroyed by squirrels despite being mostly manufactured of metal. A different style, all metal was recommended, and is undamaged by squirrels. The best foods for the various feeders are always recommended by knowledgeable staff. Also, gift advice was aptly given when I asked for it.
