My therapist is knowledgeable professional and courteous each and every time I visit.

Julia was amazing. It was my first time having a facial and she made me feel at ease. She explained everything she was doing and the results were great.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the services. However, I was not presented with a hot towel after the massage. Also, I feel that my massage time was shortened, and this is not the first time this has happened. The time for my esthetics appointment was the full time.

I have been having regular. Facial treatments now for almost a year and I always schedule with Hailey at Hand & Stone in High Point. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind, she listens to my concerns and offers solutions to my requests. I highly recommend her to anyone .

Love that I can use my membership all over the country. Was not happy that the Black Friday package I purchased can with a gift card that is only good at the Hand and Stone in Alameda, CA. I would have not bought the special.
