The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating for my mother who was there for her first visit in almost a year since having a stroke. She received a facial and was very pleased. My massage therapist asked about my needs and she tended to those areas.

The front desk staff at H&S High Point NC were helpful and friendly. The waiting area was clean, with generous seating. The massage therapists (my husband and I both had massages) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The massage rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The timing of our appointments was perfect - started and finished on time, but without feeling rushed. And as a bonus, compared to other chain spas I've visited, there was no hard sell pressure - I really dislike that, and it's why I don't visit some other places.
