My daughter loves France style, the place is very clean and nice. The food is great. The sweet woman behind the line was helpful in ordering, and gave a beautiful presentation of the salad :)

The staff is very friendly and she knows me when I come in, I like that they recognized me and take the time to care. They're also very attentive and do their best even when they need to press something which isn't very often.

The food is always delicious! The service and the servers are always courteous. The atmosphere and ambiance is always wonderful. It’s an all round pleasant experience.

Vicky is Awesome! She knows that I always get a To Go Coffee - she had the cup in her hand before I opened the door. I really like the flavor of the American Coffee, and that I can pour it myself. I have complete control over how much room to leave. HOWEVER, since COVID, this location no longer has pitchers / caraffes of Milk, Cream, etc. The availability of Whole Milk was a BIG PART of me coming to La Madeleine almost every day on my way to work. I do NOT understand why this location is not making Milk, etc. available again. They have the little mini creamers, but I don't like Cream - I want Whole Milk.

Young man opened the door for us then instructed us how to order. Young lady behind counter was friendly and courteous. Food fresh.
